3/14 Meeting & Various Items

All:

  1. Tomorrow, Tues. 3/14, there is a likely cancellation of our Scout Meeting. If there is no school, there is no Scouts.
  2. Stay tuned for details on the Sat. 3/18 Berry Rd. Campout. Check e-mail later this week about any cancellation.
  3. Carousel Cake Fundraiser: There is NO MINIMUM for scouts to sell. Any amounts sold will be credited to your account. All orders are due on Tues. 3/28. If you have any questions, contact Mr. Kohrs or Mrs. Donahue. Look for the brochure / order form in an upcoming post. Note: In addition to pies, there will also be cupcakes for order.

Meeting Tonight – Tuesday 2/21

All –

Meeting tonight – 7:29pm / Greenbar – 7:00pm

Mr. Hess will be presenting the Cyber Chip – a new requirement in the new handbooks. Please plan to attend.

Summer Camp Rates:

  • $400 + $15 for Eagle Week (register by 5/31)
  • $445 total for registration 6/1 or later
  • We will begin taking $25 deposits for Summer Camp
  • NOTE: For anyone with financial concerns, please see Mr. Ramos, Mr. Kohrs or Mr. Hess if you are in need of a partial / full scholarship

Committee Meeting: Mr. Pakula will hold the Leaders Roundtable Committee Meeting tonight.

Camping at Bullowa

  • Even if you didn’t previous reply, all are still welcome
  • Meet at Bullowa – Paden cabin at 10am on Saturday (tomorrow)
  • We are camping from Sat. morning to Sun. morning
  • Meals: Lunch – Ty; Dinner – Justin; Quick breakfast – Josh

Webelos Recruiting

  • Meet at Central Valley Elementary – 4:55pm – Mon. 2/13
  • Wear Class A uniform
  • Session will be 5:00-6:00pm
  • Let’s make this a good showing for our Troop

Tomorrow Night’s Meeting is On (Tuesday, 2/7)

All,

I am committed to having a meeting tomorrow night, Tues. 2/7, even if we meet at Knights of Columbus or Museum Village. Weather is iffy, but we need to meet. We need to finalize Bullowa camping this coming weekend.

Stay tuned and plan to meet even if MW schools are closed / afternoon activities cancelled.
