We need one more adult volunteer to go on the camping overnight at Bullowa, from this Friday night, until Saturday at 1:00pm.
If I don’t get a volunteer by tonight, I’m going to have to cancel the trip this weekend; which is unfortunate.

Camping This Weekend
Troop 540,
I need to know how many scouts are going camping this weekend. The trip is at Bullowa in the Winter Cabin. We didn’t get big numbers to sign up at the meeting. So, we are only going from Friday night and leaving after lunch at 1:00pm sharp on Saturday. Please get back to me by tomorrow night if you plan on camping this weekend, so we know how much food to buy.
More importantly, I need one more adult to join me on the camping trip. Please get back to me by tomorrow, if you can help out and stay from Friday night until Saturday afternoon. If we don’t get another adult, we will have to cancel the trip.
