Dear Scout Leaders, parents and Camporall Staff:

We are excited about the upcoming CamporALL 2014 event and hope you are too!

In preparation for this great event, we have created a CamporALL Leader’s Guide to help you and your unit plan for this event. The leaders guide will also hopefully answer some of your questions and give you as much information about the event as possible.

Updates to the leaders guide will be posted on the CamporALL website at www.camporall2014.org. Be sure to check the website out often for updates and new information.

If you have specific questions not answered in the leaders guide, please drop us an email at camporall2014@hudsonvalleyscouting.org. We will do our best to answer your questions and post them online for the benefit of all.

A few important reminders

  1. All participants (Scouts, parents, leaders and sibling) must have a completed Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR) to participate in the event.
  2. Parking at the fairgrounds will only be permitted with a pre-purchased parking pass
  3. Please be sure your contact information is up-to-date so that we may communicate important information about the event

Important Forms and Documents

In addition, we have also posted useful forms and resources that you will need for yourself or your unit for the event. To help prepare yourself and your unit, please download and review these important documents.

Early Check-In at May Roundtables

Want to avoid long lines at Registration and Check-In? Attend a registration check-in at upcoming District Roundtables in May. At the early check-in, you will get t-shirts, patches and parking passes. You will also have the opportunity to turn in Annual Health and Medical Records (AHMR) and other forms. Watch for more details coming soon.

We look forward to seeing you at CamporALL 2014.

Sincerely,

Your CamporALL 2014 Team
