Gettysburg Trip

Good Morning.

Just a reminder that the balance for the Gettysburg trip is due now. You can hand in the final checks, made payable to, “Troop 540” in the amount of $42 per adult and $38.75 per child on Tuesday, August 11th at my house. We will be showing a movie about Gettysburg that night, starting at 7pm. We will collect the final money then. For those families that are going to Gettysburg and would like to join us for the movie, my address is: 6 Crescent Place, Monroe.

Also, I need to know what type of Subway sandwiches and drinks each member of your family wants. Please let me know this, NO LATER THAN THIS THURSDAY NIGHT (8/6/15), otherwise, if I don’t hear back from you, I will just order a turkey sandwich on wheat with a Cola for you.

Gettysburg Trip – Balance Due

Troop 540,

The balance for the Gettysburg trip is due now. You can start to hand in the final checks, made out to “Troop 540”, in the amount of: $42 per adult and $38.75 per child. This fee is the remaining balance of the trip. The deadline to get your money in will be on Tuesday, August 11th. We will be showing a movie about Gettysburg at my house, starting at 7pm. Here is what I have so far for the families that said they are going on the trip and have reserved a spot on the bus:

We still have room on the bus for10 more people.  Also, we’ll still have about 6 more roomsavailable for the room block If you still were planning to go on this trip, I would respond back to this email ASAP.  Also, I would look into booking your room now.

 Mr. Nebrasky has locked in 18 rooms and a group rate for the trip to Gettysburg, PA for Friday, August 21st to Sunday, August 23rd. 

Here are the details as follows:

Hotel: Quality Inn Gettysburg Battlefield

Rooms booked:  8 doubles @ $162/night, 10 triples @ $182/night

The doubles have 2 queen beds and can sleep 4 and the triples have 3 beds and can sleep 6.

11% tax not included.

2 night minimum
