  1. Tomorrow night (Tues. 11/29) we are at N. Main.
  2. Tues. 11/29 – Regular meeting – N. Main. – 7:00pm green bar / 7:29pm general meeting
  3. Sun. 12/4 – 12 noon – 4pm – Christmas in the Village – Mr. Campanella has secured a table spot for us to sell wreaths at Museum Village. Wear your Class A uniforms. Come for 1 – 2 hours.
  4. Tues. 12/6 – K of C – Tree lighting. 7:30pm K of C hall – Monroe. Community fellowship. Wear Class A uniforms. Bring your wreaths to sell to the K of C members. There will be no N. Main meeting.
  5. Tues. 12/13 – Court of honor / Holiday party – 7:30pm – N. Main Cafeteria – to award summer badges / ranks and enjoy some food / snacks afterwards. More details to come on snacks / drinks to bring. Wear Class A uniforms.
  6. Wreath money due date is 12/13. Pay earlier if you can.

All,

Meeting tonight, in the North Main Cafeteria:

  • 7:00pm Green-bar
  • 7:29pm General meeting

Separately, please note the following upcoming events for Fall / Winter 2016:

  • Applebee’s Fundraiser – Saturday, October 22, 2016 – 7:30am (Please bring any remaining ticket money tonight, 10/25)
  • Wabanaki – Harriman State Park Hike – Saturday, October 29, at approximately 8:00am – 3:00pm (hiking / fishing / bring bag lunch; more details to follow)
  • Nooteeming Campout – Fri / Sat / Sunday, November 18-20 (Salt Point, NY)
  • Carousel Cakes Sale – November 2016 (Pre-Thanksgiving)
  • Holiday Wreath Sales – November – December 2016
  • Winter Cabin Campout – TBD – January 2017

Tomorrow’s Meeting

Troop 540,

We will have our troop meeting tomorrow night, starting at 7:30pm at North Main. Tomorrow is the last Scoutmaster Conference/Board of Review for the year. If you are up for rank, please come dressed in your, “FULL” class “A” uniforms. There will be no exceptions.

Also, please be prepared to go to the McDonald’s Fundraiser, starting at 5:00pm tomorrow at the McDonalds in Monroe.

Meeting Tomorrow

Troop 540,

We have a meeting tomorrow at North Main. We will not have a green bar tomorrow.  The general meeting starts at 7:30pm.

We will work on our books tomorrow and finish up any outstanding merit badge requirements.

Next week will be the final scoutmaster conference/board of review for the year.

Our final meeting, Court of Honor, and end-of-the-year BBQ will be on Tuesday, June 7th at the American Legion, under the pavilion.
