Court of Honor Tomorrow

Troop 540,

We will have our Court of Honor tomorrow from 7:30-9:00pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall.

John Struhar, you will need to get the flags and stands from the trailer. If you are unable to this, please find another scout to cover for you.

  • Please wear your class “A” uniforms tomorrow.
  • Scout to 2nd class – please bring snacks
  • 1st class to eagle – Please bring drinks

Please get me your response for the wreath sales by tomorrow.

Also, you can Carousel Cake Order Forms here. Each scout is required to sell at least three cakes. Anything above that, will go directly into your accounts. The orders are due by November 10th.

Lastly, Mr. Wasserman has postponed the visit to the police station, as it conflicts with The Court of Honor. It is tentatively scheduled for next week.

We still need some scouts to volunteer to sign up for wreaths sales at Bagel World this weekend.

We still have about 58 wreaths to sell.  Can I get some more volunteers to sell wreaths on Saturday and Sunday?

Wreath Sales

Troop 540,

We still have about 50 wreaths to sell.  Thanks to Mrs. Estrella, we have permission to sell wreaths at Bagel World (next to McDonalds) in Monroe.  Can I get some more volunteers to sell wreaths on Saturday and Sunday?  Maybe some scouts that didn’t sell wreaths last week at The Tractor Supply?

Troop Updates

Troop 540,

We have our Webelos night,starting at 7:30pm tomorrow.  We will welcoming prospective new scouts for our troop.  We will be doing scout skill games, dodge ball and having some refreshments at the end. 

I have a scout uniform that was left behind at one of the last meetings.  I will bring it in tomorrow for someone to claim.

The green bar meeting will start at 7pm tomorrow.  Griffin, please have the agenda ready to go for tomorrow night.

I need some volunteers to help out with setting up a party at the Lakeside Firehouse this Sunday, December 14th, from 10-11am.

Wreath Pick-up

If anyone needs to pick up wreaths, I will be at St. Anastasia’s with Mrs. LaMarch at 9:00 tomorrow morning with a car full.

Also, because of the inclement weather today, our sales at the Tractor Supply Co. were pretty low (we only sold 31 wreaths). It would be extremely helpful if someone could ask the Bagel Shop near McDonald’s if we could sell our wreaths there as we have in previous years. We would also need someone to organize this.

Wreaths

Please let me know immediately if you still have not picked up your wreaths or if you need more.

I will be going to Alder’s on Thursday to pick up additional wreaths for Saturday, however, I need someone to come to my house to pick them up since I will not be available to drop them off Saturday morning since I have to be at work in the Bronx at 9 am.
